As part of ESG Month, an impactful internal training session was held for our staff, including academic team members and lecturers from Peninsula College. The session aimed to deepen understanding of sustainability and ESG reporting.
Yayasan PKT, in collaboration with the PKT Logistics Group HR Department , extends sincere appreciation to Dr. Jason for sharing valuable industrial insights into PKT’s sustainability transformation and ESG reporting journey.
Special thanks to external trainers Tong Bee Yoke and Janet for their dynamic, interactive session. Their real-world insights and engaging activities offered a fresh take on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and challenges within the logistics industry.

As part of our internal ESG Month campaign, a special address was delivered by our ESG Chairman, who shared compelling insights on PKT’s Sustainability Transformation Journey.
Under the bold and memorable slogan “𝗡𝗼 𝗘𝗦𝗚, 𝗡𝗼 𝗠𝗦𝗚,” DSMT underscored the real business risks of overlooking ESG compliance — stressing the urgent need to embed sustainability into every aspect of our operations, not only within PKT but throughout our entire ecosystem of vendors, partners, and financial institutions.

ESG Month is back for its second year at PKT Logistics Group, reaffirming our commitment to embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across the organization. This internal initiative is designed to upgrade and strengthen staff knowledge on the latest industry trends, sustainability developments, and the current and future challenges we may face.
The Yayasan PKT team, in its role as facilitator and enabler, plays a vital part in ensuring that our ESG reporting is prepared accurately and meaningfully — not only for internal alignment but also for external stakeholders, customers, clients, and all parties involved in our ESG reporting cycle.

Yayasan PKT (YPKT) is the educational arm of PKT Logistics Group, dedicated to empowering underprivileged students through financial assistance. Established on 5th June 2018, the foundation focuses on supporting students from the B40 income group by providing scholarships, bursaries, and grants to those who are both deserving and in need.
Founded by Dato’ Seri (Dr.) Michael Tio, who also serves as a trustee, YPKT is rooted in the belief that education is a powerful catalyst for social mobility. Dato’ Seri (Dr.) Michael strongly advocates that quality education should be accessible to all Malaysians, regardless of their background. Yayasan PKT (YPKT) serves as the educational arm of PKT Logistics Group, committed to empowering underprivileged students through financial assistance. Established on 5th June 2018, the foundation focuses particularly on supporting students from the B40 income group by providing scholarships, bursaries, and grants to those who are both deserving and in need.
Founded by Dato’ Seri (Dr.) Michael Tio, who also serves as a trustee, YPKT is grounded in the belief that education is a powerful enabler of social mobility.
